Justice For Melanie Garcia (PT 1) (HEY Ad'Ryan)

ACT 1

Both WILLIE and AD'RYAN walks over to the GARCIA's house to see what was going on with the family since the police killed their daughter and WILLIE's girlfriend over their reckless intent of thinking that she had arm gun in her pocket but had a cell-phone that she was pulling out to call her parents to let them know that she was outside, as soon that they were walking to go inside of the house, they were stopped by two police officers where they had a imitating stance and look on their face.

AD'RYAN: (agitated look on his face) Do we have a problem, officer?

POLICE OFFICER: You can't go in here, sir! 

AD'RYAN: Because why (stares at his badge name) Office Lewinsky-Piglet?

POLICE OFFICER: "Because what" I think that you all becoming very aggressive  with me and I know that y'all need turn that shit down before.....

AD'RYAN: Over a question that is necessary to ask any person in the universal, especially y'all two since you all so called "protecting us" but killed my brother's fiancee over what, exactly? 

WILLIE: (yells out) HELL YEAH! 

POLICE OFFICER #2: Because she was reaching out for a g-

WILLIE: A gun! Are y'all serious?! This is the most cap shit that I ever heard of my life, bob! She had never did a soul to hurt no-one to deserve that type of shit that one of y'all did to her! She never had no gun in her pocket, PERIOD! That was my fucking WIFEY, BRUH!  

AD'RYAN: Come on, bruh! Don't worry, they gonna get theirs, watch!

As they were arguing with one of the officers, AUGUST peeps thru the window that one of them has raised their gun at WILLIE and fast walks out of the house, with a aggressive attitude and a stone cold smile towards them and say see his brothers arguing with the officers 

AUGUST: Well there, if its Officer Lewinsky-Piglet aka the one who had me arrested for some shit that I didn't even do or even had in my pockets, young! By the way, why in the hell you all harassing my little brothers in the first place after committing a murder in front of his fiancee's house for a damn reason, huh? Jhi looking for some reason to shot black people for fun, huh? Cat's got your tongue because normally, your ass would have more to say than that, huh!

POLICE OFFICER #2: I think that we all need to leave this property and go back where it's needed to go, man!

AUGUST: Not till your fellow officer and partner give my brother a respectful ass apologize for raising his gun at him, then we'll leave! Don't forget that we know y'all CFO of the Police Department, moe!

AD'RYAN: We're waiting?

POLICE OFFICER #1: For?

AD'RYAN: Are you fuckin....

AUGUST: Ryan, jhi take Willie back to the house, okay! I got this, okay!

AD'RYAN: You Sure?

AUGUST: Most Definitely!

ACT 2

AD'RYAN and WILLIE walks back inside of the house while AUGUST is outside of the GARCIA's home, arguing with the officers. 

AUGUST: So none of y'all are going to explain me on the reason why my brothers couldn't go in to see what's up with the family and why your ass wasn't arrested or even taken in custody, like explain this for me since your ass had to arrest a bull for no reason, huh?

POLICE OFFICER #2: Sir, I jhi think that it was a misunderstanding, so can you jhi please calm down before we have to take in for minor assault

AUGUST: For What! I haven't assault this man, bob! You know what. (goes in his pocket to get his air-phone, then dials their supersion in head) (ON PHONE) Hello, Sergeant Barnes! How is well with you and the family?

SERG. BARNES: (On the phone from office) I'm swell, Mr. Thurgood! So what seems to be the problem since you called round this time of the day because the only time that you call is something.... UH OH! What happened now?

AUGUST: (On the phone) Well, Sir! One of your fellow officers has "accidentally" shot and killed my little brother's fiancee this morning, then had the absolute nerve to questioned on their whereabouts knowing their intentions was innocent as hell, Mr. Barnes! We're good pplz, Mr. Barnes! She didn't deserve on what your fellow officer did to her, man! We needa do something about this!

SERG. BARNES: (On the phone) I definitely agree that it needs to be a change as well but it doesn't happened overnight at all and you know that, Mr.Thurgood! What was the pro-call or the reasoning on the approach of the matter?

AUGUST: (On the phone) The basic approach of the matter was "the reason that I shot at her because I felt like that she was reaching for a gun" After it happened, they didn't asked her anything on why she was bum-rushed out of the cab, all I was known from Officer Lewinsky-Piglet is that he basically asked her was "What you're doing on this side of town, you're so unwanted in this life", then she responded to him calmly and she tried to get home to call her parents but he clearly shot straight at her, with no remorse or nothing but have the nerve to tell my little brother to not see his in-laws in their time in-need, Mr. Barnes. 

SERG. BARNES: (On the phone) Indeed, thanks for the information, Mr. Thurgood! This will be definitely handled and address as soon i come back from my other office, okay?

AUGUST: (On the phone) Cool, Thanks! Have a good one, Mr. Barnes!

AUGUST hangs up the phone and walks away from the Garcia's house till he see WILLIE sitting on the front stoop of the house, in distraught and unbelief over the shooting of his girlfriend,  MELANIE and the disrespect that he had endured from the police and a 11 year old boy, MARKELL is over there, sitting with him. 

AUGUST: I thought that I told your ass to go in the house, boy! 

WILLIE: (kisses teeth) Yeah, you did man but.....

AUGUST: But what

MARKELL: Come on, A! You see that he's hurting right now! Don't bomb him out right now!

AUGUST: Why not, after I told him that I would handled it and he would understand that somethings like this would happen which he was too young to see me in those circumstances, Markell! 

MARKELL: His ass is almost 14 years old now! He is old enough to understand about the police brutality and racism against us young black men, August! You should've been a big example of his, man! You're his older brother for Jesus Christ!

AUGUST: (sarcastic) Who in the hell are you, telling this shit that I already know, Kell? Don't you have a brother or something?

MARKELL: (sarcastic) I do have brothers, assholes! It'll be the ones that'll fucked you up if you keep up with that bullshit, slime!

WILLIE: Come on, you guys! Love the both of y'all, so stop this fighting and gotta figure what's the next move, so anybody got any ideas or suggestions?

AUGUST: Well, I was going to save it to later but guess I'll say it now!

WILLIE & MARKELL: What!

AUGUST: While me and them cap ass officers who had harassing you for no reason and shit, then kept lying and shit. So I called their superior which I'm familar with for many years or not and definitely got it handled!

WILLIE: Really?

MARKELL: Deadazz? You ain't even cappin?

AUGUST shakes his head.

WILLIE: We still got make something happen tho, like a protest or something! We definitely gotta do this, bro!

MARKELL: Yeah, this shit gotta change and definitely need stop killing us black men and women! We are beautiful, intelligent, excellence, and a successful force that is needed in this world, which is nothing or nobody going to stop us from speaking UP! So you down, A?

AUGUST: HELL YEAH! So, let's get started on planning of this protest and discuss on the pros and cons of the outcomes of the matter issues of hand, okay! Be aware that everything won't get resolve in one night but something has to change, like RIGHT NOW!
